Stage 1
Enquire for your big day through our Quote page. Include a rough outline of your floral vision along with all floral items you require. Its ok if you are unsure of what you want that’s what we’re here for.
We will get back to you to discuss your big day and provide a custom quote.

Stage 2
Now that you have your custom quote and would like to proceed with Ruby Lou Floral for your dreamy designs we lock in your date with a non refundable booking fee. Contracts get sent out and then its on to the fun part - our Floral Consultation! This is an opportunity to meet in person and discuss your vision in detail.

Stage 3
It’s time to sit back, relax and let us get designing. We will stay in communication with you through out the whole timeline and organise several catch ups along the way.
Three months out from your date we require 50% payment of your quote. The remaining payment is due two weeks out.

Stage 4
The big day has arrived!
We deliver all your Bride/Groom florals to the designated accommodations the morning of then head off to the venue to set up our final creations. You can rely on our team to work professionally and make your dream vision come to life.

“I met Ruby at the Auckland Plant Market a few years ago and was instantly obsessed with her style and floral arrangements. From beginning to end, Ruby was a delight to work with as our wedding florist. After my initial enquiry she immediately sent through mood boards, colour palettes and a detailed quote. That was very helpful as I had no idea on the specific type of flowers I wanted and felt very overwhelmed by the whole wedding planning process. After countless emails and two long zoom meetings, we were able to pin it down and really create my vision. Communication was always stellar and we were messaging up until the day before the wedding. Initially, I really wanted a neutral palette with minimal colour, however overtime I realised I wanted more colour and Ruby was so accommodating to the change. The result was a neutral palette with pops of blush and lilac colours. There were minimal greenery and many textures including Gypsophila, fluffy peonies and roses. The flowers looked absolutely beautiful on the day and we received many great compliments. I loved my bouquet so much I am having it preserved. If only flowers could last forever. Thank you again to Ruby and her team, they made my floral dreams come true.”

“We had wonderful Ruby look after all our floral wedding requirements after our original vendor double booked us. We were so grateful to have this incredibly, lovely and talented florist become our go to lady. She is gentle, caring and on our zoom guided through everything asking what we wanted and suggesting some ideas also. She them came back with a vison of photos for us and we were thrilled. We had flowers for arches, flowers for signs, garlands on tables, bouquets etc and they were just gorgeous. Our venue commented to us the following day that she took aged ensuring everything was perfect! Our hair and makeup ladies raved about her when doing our hair so she is known around wedding circles.
